Abstract
This study aimed to measure the impact of organizational culture dimensions (shared values, communication and leadership, teamwork and innovation) on employee performance at the College of Business Administration, University of Jufra. To achieve this, the descriptive-analytical approach was utilized, and a questionnaire was administered to a random sample of (46) academic and administrative staff members.
The results revealed that the prevailing level of organizational culture in the college was (low to moderate), while the performance level was (moderate tending to high). Regression analysis showed no statistically significant impact of organizational culture on performance, indicating that employees rely primarily on their self-competence, personal motivation, and cognitive capital rather than a supportive institutional environment. Furthermore, statistically significant differences in performance were found in favor of PhD holders and the younger age group (under 30 years).
The study recommended adopting participative leadership, enhancing transparent communication channels, providing adequate resources to support innovation, and building an integrated institutional incentive system that translates the university's values into practical policies to elevate overall performance.
